App Page Layout Design

This project is to layout less then a dozen pages for an android application with functional drop down menus. This is NOT a fully functional app, but only a demo layout for the all the app pages with text. Pages will have Text, Input fields, buttons and icons. Menus should function to switch to the correct pages. There are NO wire frames available, but some hand drawings are available, with sample layouts from previous apps. The Freelancer must be able to take these notes and samples to create sample pages for review, and than make all the layout changes based on our feedback and comments. Project Description: This is an App to allow the user to use their mobile phone to provide quick tracking and recording of information related to infants. The App is made up of 5 parts: 1. Home page for adding basic information on a daily basis. 2. A Calendar page used to display type of info entered from the HOME page 3. Edit page. 4. Summary reporting pages. To display summary results. 5. Setup pages. This is where a reminder notification can be configured, and other Setup info for the App is entered, along with feedback and about us pages pages. Freelancer should have developed android apps using Eclipse and can take general text descriptions and create page layouts. General Requirements - App must work on ALL Samsung Devices, eg phones (S2,S3,S4,S5) and tablets - Separate Menus per page. Menu will slide in or out from the sides, or drop down. - Create new Icons where necessary and simple app logo. - Display dummy House Ad at the bottom of all Setup pages. - Supports rotation in landscape or portrait mode. Freelancer should be able add value incorporating all details for menu selections, adding, deleting, and editiing. Looking for simple, clean looking design, with similar layout and navigation to latest Android OS. Type BFT in your response to indicate you have read all the above information. Also, state what development tools you will be using and request any other details you need for your bid. Project will be divided into 3 Milestones. 1. Complete 1st 5 pages, with source code. 2. Complete 2nd 5 pages, with source code. 3. Finish all pages and final edits and change requests, with final source code.
