Business locator/finder Android App

Would like to get a simple app developed. It is a business locator app based on Gps coordinates and zip/address. The main page will have 3 main categories which will each have 4 to 5 sub-categories linked to a database to be created on a existing website. The user will select a category, for example Italian, Jamaican or Indian. Upon click, 4 to 5 categories or options will be offered, for example 1. Restaurants & Carry-out 2. Bars & Night Clubs 3. Stores etc... then, he/she will be asked to either locate based on his/her gps location or by her/his zip code, which will provide/display the results with the option of Google map display or Gps navigation. It is a straightforward project and simple. This will not be a free app but very cheap one. Please note that i will only deposit 50 as escrow due to previous negative experiences. So if you are not serious, please abstain from biding. I usually add 20 to 100$ tip for a good work, so i am rooting for serious developers only.
