Convert PNGs (PSD) to 15 Android Screens (Native - no HTML5)

This application will have 15 medium to low complexity screens. I want someone who can exactly copy the look and feel of these screens in Android. I DO NOT WANT TO SEE YOUR EXISTING PORTFOLIOs. Instead you need to take any of my screens and convert that into a real android GUI and share the .apk with me so that I can test this on my android phones and tablets ( make sure i scales well in small and large screens alike). Remember, the GUI should work for android 3.0 and above. If it matches the screens exactly, I will select your bid. Thank you. NOTE: Adding a few sample pics for reference. The remaining apps will be shared when I finally select the bidder. I will provide PSDs and PNGs of all screens.
