We will provide the full spec to the right company after signing a NDA (non-disclosure form). However, we're looking for a team who could develop a game (Android) as sophisticated as Plague Inc. (please download from Play Store).
Development would entail; Customs Graphics, Sound Effects, Coding, User Experience Design, Testing, Data Storage & Payment Processing
The game will also be hosted on a website (if possible), so advanced knowledge of html 5 will be an advantage.
