Greetings, I am a licensed iPhone developer and have been since 2010. I currently have four apps in the store, 2 of which have in-app purchasing. Both have 3 spots to purchase... all have a restore button. Three of the apps were recently updated to be compliant with iOS7... API changes caused issues. If you care to look at them... see TabletJournal and iClassNotes. Do not judge the UI... I am working on the interface, as a lot changed with iOS7. The in-app purchasing controller is one I wrote this year... it is very simple and very small. Seeing as how you don't have a restore function, it may be that the entire controller is set up incorrectly. Does the in-app purchasing work, or was it never completed? I have the knowledge and experience necessary to complete this project for you... in a short period of time. I have listed 5 days, just to make sure that it is set up correctly. Part of the work will entail making sure that the list of in-app purchase items are set up in iTunes Connect and entered correctly in the app. So, I would need access to your account. You can simply add me, then delete my name after it goes to the store. I would probably use my custom controller set to insure that it works and that you have everything you need to get this working. I have personally submitted 3-4 apps and multiple app updates to the App-Store, so I understand how the process works.
