I am developing an Android app for recognizing the license plate of vehicles and giving the owner details. I have already implement the OCR (optical character recognition part). I have used Tesseract OCR. Now, I just need to extract license plate from vehicles, do some image processing and pass it to OCR. Can anyone help me with extracting the license plate and perform image processing in Android Studio ?
