Android app to read and display data from a MS SQL database

An android based app is required to read and display data from a Microsoft SQL server database. The application will require that some of the data from each row (4 columns of Floating points) will be displayed on 4 clock type gauges (0% to 110%). Each row of data will have its own page of gauges. Each page will have a title which is found by looking up an ID column on another table. The user will be able to swipe the screen to move between each page. The data will automatically refresh depending on a poll rate set by the user. The Application will have a settings/options page.. where the user can set the connection options for the database (server, database name, username, password and poll rate in seconds).
