Hello and thank you for your consideration. Below are the basic requirements. I am open to suggestions and your creativity in regards to the UI and color scheme and screen flow. The design should be sleek and clean, font should be readable, app performance should be swift, screen flow should be logical and user friendly, graphics should be modern, app should be scalable and flexible for future enhancements. This application should be functional on Android and ioS on mobile phones, pads, and notebooks. Technical documentation should be provided. This mobile application will allow small businesses to create a profile with a photo, description, address, phone number, email and website to advertise their services to potential clients. It will allow businesses to offer users discounts and deals (with a start date and expiration date) for the services the business offers. It will send discount and deal notifications to users that have a particular business on their "preferred business" list. It will display to the business how many users have selected their discounts and deals. It will display businesses in the mobile user's view on a map and a list using their mobile GPS. Businesses will pay a monthly fee to advertise on the app via credit card or pay pal. It will allow users to search for businesses (based on zip code or GPS location when turned on) in their location by business types using the mobile keyboard and voice capabilities. It will allow users to rate the business and provide comments. It will notify users when a new business in their location has registered in the application. It will allow users to add their "preferred businesses" to a personal list.
