ANDROIND AND IOS APP - using IONIC framework and anjularJS. requirements: I have started the development in PHP and I have made de database in MYSQL, so the backend of application is ready. i will provide the database and all the results from PHP which is needed in json . Type of users: 1 - Admin – Acess to all information, including remove permission. create groups. 2 - Moderador - manages his own group. add users. 3 –User- can search, see messages from his groups (may be more than one). APP - LIVE VIDEO - Watch videos from the cloud (just add the player to the app) (video from the cloud) -MESSAGES - User can send messages to groups where he belongs ( he can belong to different groups, more than one). user can also see the messages from the groups. - OCOURRENCES user can send notification through Push to all members from the groups he belongs, which must contain, description, picture and title. he can also search the previous ocourrences from the groups where he belongs - PANIC BUTTON (user can send a notification to all users from groups he belongs, it must contain location from GPS and user must be required a password of 4 characters , from the database, to activate .
