Project is to make a social media application that is primarily driven via mobile technology (phone and smartwatch). Ultimately it will be distributed as both a mobile page, and app (IOS, Android & Windows). The goal is to take an Agile approach and start with MVP to launch and then add releases for greater near term functionality. Core functionality will include: 1) Detailed User Profile -- with OAuth authentication via other social/web personas 2) Posting system with Theme creation 3) Bidding System 4) Messaging 5) Banner Advertisement System 6) REST APIs to push to other social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Technology platform consideration: 1) Ruby 2) PhoneGap (possibly Ruby Motion) 3) Heroku 4) Git Bonus knowledge of contractor 1) SmartWatch App development 2) Social Graph principles 3) Recursive algorithms
