Looking for a simple reference app to be built, just the framework really, no content required. The app would need building on both iOS and Android and am happy with a build using phone gap or similar, as long as it works well! You will not need to add any content, I will add all the content myself, so am just looking for the app's for iPhone and Android and empty MySQLi database that is connected. It would be helpful if you could let me know the cost of iOS and Android seperately in your proposal (but the total cost in your bid). It needs to look good and be easy and fast to use. Please do not bid and then expect to change the amount once you have spoken to me. The amount you bid is the amount you agree to carry out the project for (aside from any adjustments down the line). I would be keeping you as the developer for any updates, so it is important that we work well together.
