I need a project that consists in: - A web interface (Admin) to send and receive chat messages from client apps installed in mobile phones. - Those apps must be allowed to send and receive chat messages from the (Admin) web page and interact with it. - The application must be developed for IOS and Android. - The mobile application must show push notifications. Basically, this system is a system to handle messages from us (admin) to our customers (clients) and allows us to communicate with each other. The delivery must be a web page (admin side) and the app for IOS and Android (client side). - The developer can be able to develop all needed to whole system works (From database, mobile app, and web page); - It would be preferred. NET development or PHP. Any concern please check the document attached. The budget is a little bit tight, but for sure this app will be improved and for sure we will have more work to do.
