Hi, We reviewed requirement that you need an chat iOS app with add all fully features and functionality so we are comfortable to create an chat IOS app. In the chat app we will use parse api. We are fully comfortable with the requirement and project scope we will easily execute the complete plan in development just let me know about some more detail and design (UI) or any reference for better understanding.
