Hi I have a TV business in Spain where we deal with both individual customers and also communities where we can supply the whole community with a TV service. I want a basic CRM like sugar or VTiger to be able to do the following Have a section called "Communities" I should be able to enter new records for each individual community. EG (names of communities) Los Naranjos Playa de Granados Rialos Golf Each community will have fields related to the community, and then a sub section for residents. Example Los Naranjos Joe Bloggs Mike Smith Fred Green Playa de Granados Jane Smith I need to capture the info so I know which communities we are dealing with, and from that community which residents are taking our service. Also I want a general enquirers section. So if an enquirer calls, I can note the source of the enquirer, have a look up table to see if they are part of a community we deal with, and create an enquirer record that can be either individual or attach it to a community. Also we need follow up procedures and maybe a selection of standard emails to be able to be sent. This is a low budget project as I think what is required is quite easy to set up for a programmer used to configuring CRMs

Skills - I was involved in Customization of Dynamics CRM in two best MNC IT companies. I have rich experience of 3 yrs in Customization and development of MS Dynamics CRM Plan Outlay - 1. Create Entity called "Communities" in CRM 2. This entity will have field name like Name, Age, Region etc. Ideally, this would be the Community Name. Number of fields can be added as per requirements 3. Create another entity called "Residents" 4. This "Residents" entity would have field names like Name, Age, Region etc. This fields can be designed as per requirements. 5. Create a N:1 relationship from Residents to Communities.(Lookup would be created) 6. So now, while creating a Community Form we are actually creating records which show which community we are serving and from that community which residents we are serving. Everything is done while creating a single CRM Community Record. 7. Again, we need to create a Enquirer entity also in CRM. 8. Create a N:1 relationship from Community to Enquirer. 9. Now check for the enquirer name entered in the Residents lookup table and check whether a mapping to a particular community exists . If a matching is found then the Community lookup would have the particular residents Community Record Id and Name otherwise Individual. The lookup would be disabled. This functionality would be written on a plugin and registered on the OnSave() event of the entity. 10. E-mail routing can be done also. Contact - 9819104862, for further details
