Hi, I want a custom software the s/w will do the following things in .net 1:- I Can scrape proxies from a website that have listed free proxies like [login to view URL] by entering the url or user can load from a file 2:- I will filter all the proxies according to their working speed and country and user can export the list 3:- User can change his computer's ip address by just selecting one of those proxy You have to be always on skype to update me and give me all the source code and it will be bonus if you can create a ownership certificate for me. Software must me campatible for all windows pcs
