c#.net 3.5 HTTP POST API using .asmx

I have already created an API using .asmx in my .net 3.5 project. The problem is that when someone else tries to do an HTTP POST to my method it is not working. It seems to work if they use a SOAP service I think I have not configured my [login to view URL] file properly. Thanks, Ravi
