I have a rather comprehensive project that needs to be done by a dedicated team of highly skilled programmers. Alot of our project will need to be custom build and will have complex accounting and procedural processes that need to be created. We are looking for the programming only, not the graphics. I have a very well laid out spec sheet for the project that will help you create the exact website that we are looking to build. I have attached the coding spec sheet in this job description. I expect you to read through it carefully, estimate an accurate amount of time it will take to complete and give me a set budget for completion. I will not pay 50% up front, I will do it 25% down and then 25% three other times with the last payment due after the QA work is completed. We will also need someone to manage the ongoing costs of fixing bugs and maintaining the site. Please read through the spec sheet carefully. Thanks
