Coder Needed

Hello, I'm looking for a Los Angeles-based website developer to help with a very catchy little website. The website allows people to upload and share media. That's a pretty broad description, I know. We're keeping it vague because we are pre-launch right now. We are very, very close to launch. There are a few minor changes that need to happen before we can be in launch-worthy territory, however. That's where you come in, hopefully. I'm looking for the real deal. How do I define 'real deal'? You either: (A) Have plenty of experience working on interesting websites; and you are experienced in dealing with cutting edge web technologies that allow on-the-fly interaction. Or (B) Are a graduate student who is studying computer science, and you are on top of your game. If I contact your professors, they will speak highly of you and your work. I will need to be able to contact the businesses or professors you've worked for, and confirm with them that you're a person of integrity, reliability, and produce outstanding quality work, on time! :) We will pay you well, and pay you on time, every time. Payment is per task completed. We'll agree roughly on the cost of the task beforehand (thus, the whole bidding function on this website may be a bit unnecessary). In addition, we're a start up company so there is plenty of room for you to move upward and share in the rewards of working on - what we think - will be a successful website.
