Customize Advance Search function - Joomla 1.5.23

Hi, I have a website running with Joomla 1.5.23 + Virtuemart 1.1.8 and K2, with a template from Gavick Pro. I need to install a more developed Search Function, and I was thinking to use something like the extension for Joomla: Universal Ajax Live Search ([login to view URL]). But I am also open to better suggestions. I will need also to customize a bit graphically at the end, but the core of the work will be set the search function in a way that the visitors of the website will be able to have results from Virtuemart fields (not just product names, but also SKU) and from K2 articles from 2 categories. I am looking to work with somebody who is: - expert with Joomla and able to customize the search function as I specified just before - available for chat communication during the work - able to propose suggestions or solutions to the issue that we will face.
