Dating Site Email Marketing Upgrade

I have an existing LIVE dating site coded in PHP/MYSQL I need an add-on to facilitate the email marketing to user database. Basically its an autoresponder with the following requirements. 1) Email validation - integrated with my website registration page so that when a new user registers on the site his email is validated and he is subscribed on the list immediately. 2) The script should be able to categorize the users into various "levels" based on the completion of their profile. The script should update itself regularly to capture changes when users update profile. Each level is then a mail group. 3) Admin can set when to send regular mails to each mail group. E.g. weekly matches, news updates, promotions etc. Note some mails like weekly matches relies on generated content. 4) Admin can edit/add/remove users from each mail group. 5) WYSIWYG mail editors, template saving Ideally the coder will use an exisiting full featured autoresponder and modify it to suit my site and requirements. I will provide the website code of course.
