ASP/Access Project

I need some simple forms with an e-mail script attached. Their needs to be an Admin section that will allow the update of e-mail addresses and defines the unit (i.e. sleeps 6, pet friendly, etc). The forms will be used to gather lodger request, real estate information request and general activities request. Once a user fills out the form (s) it will be automatically emailed to the appropriate companies (if the user is looking for a no smoking, pet friendly unit that sleeps 6, all companies that fit that criteria would receive the e-mail). I would like to have it done ASP with MS Access Database. The admin is to add clients (it is a chamber of commerce site that field a lot of request for lodging information and real estate information. The admin will let the chamber member add clients (chamber member that own condos, houses, hotels, etc) into the database. Based on member information (i.e. unit sleeps 6, is pet friendly and is non smoking) the member will receive all request that meet the criteria. 2.) The forms are e-mailed to the members that fill the requirements listed in the form. There will be an override (i.e. include this member on all request. 3.) The Forms are all on one site. The idea is simple…instead of having a user look through a list of potential places that my have space available for their requirements…they fill out one form…that is automatically e-mailed to the correct prospective lodgers. They currently have an access da ta base the use to keep their client information (They are a chamber of commerce in a ski village…mostly dealing with lodgers (the work we are about to start on), realtors and some restaurant. Although they have a database with the information, they update their web site manually…sometimes in 3 places. Please ask me any questions you have. I am more likely to choose someone who demonstrates a better level of understanding of what needs done and does not want to backout at a later stage.
