Complete System For Building Material Suplies

Hello I have business of Building Material Supplies in which we supply Cement (all types) (1 small cart to trucks), Iron Bars, Crush and Sand (Dumpers) and we manufacture Cement Blocks (6 types). I want a system in which I can keep my inventory, Sales (Companies and local) (companies order for lots while local means any person can buy according to his requirement), vehicals & staff records. I have 2 dumpers and they have separate accounts, their expenditures and their earning. E.g If I hire a dumper for Sand then that will cost me Rs5000 now on my own dumper it cost me for Rs3500+Expenses on the trip. For blocks I hire carts for small orders and trucks for higher orders and in the end of the day I pay them as number of trips. Companies or Persons with huge orders open their accounts and order us by fax or phone and do payments according to their schedules. Reports Reports for current inventory, Sales, Employess record and vehicals monthly expensis and earnings etc ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I am running XP with IIS I want an ASP based system with MS Access database in which I can take out reports and can printout.
