Convert existing site to Joomla

We are a Non-Profit organization looking to expand, redesign, and optimize our website. The existing site is running on a windows server, ASP, and MSSQL. We are looking for a developer(s) who can do/provide the following service: Convert existing site and all content into Joomla CMS. The current site will need to be moved from it’s current server, to a new host (LAMP) at this time. We currently have the main website, as well as 1 user-driven MSSQL database (all scripts and backend must by converted to MySql – so SQL database experience is a must). Preferably somehow made as part of a Joomla component (Not necessarily though) Convert current look and feel of site into Joomla Template so transition will be seamless for users. WE DO NOT want a new look or template at this time. We only require the current template be made into Joomla. We also have a 10,000 (approx.) user mailing list which will need to be moved into a Joomla based newsletter management (YANC, Angel, Letterman, etc.). Bidders MUST have previous experience of working with Joomla including template, and component customization/creation (portfolio must reflect this). Also depending on the performance on this job, a long term relationship may be foreseeable doing freelance work for our organization.
