asp classic work needed on legacy site

we need work done an an asp site we have. you must have excellent experience with ASP classic for this. we want to integrate a social network (elgg) on our site, which is running on windows so it should be able to support the php backbone of this network. we also want to modify the site's template to include a mortgage calculator and a link to a pre-qualification form (all fields will be given to you) also looking to setup a resource provider directory- based on any open source scripts available to install lastly : we are getting this error: Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0006' Overflow: 'cint' /[login to view URL], line 302 which we need to fix please breakdown each element of the project in time, detail and cost.
