Bulklister for auction site

We need to create a bulklister for our auction site that is very similar to eBay's turbo lister. The bulklister would have to be compatible to and work with our auction sites features. The bulklister should also be able to import csv files, and ebay auctions. Would also like a program that can select the categories on our site by either description or title.
