Analyze a .vfp file (Visual Fox Pro?)

Attached is a .vfp file. We think it is a Visual Fox Pro file, but we don't know how to open it for editing. Please take a look at it. Is this the output from Visual Fox Pro? Frankly, we aren't entirely sure, but we think that's what it is. Do you know? **An accepted bidder who demonstrates an understanding of the attached file will be shown the rest of the code for our DLL (which includes this file), and is likely to be engaged for future consulting by us**. The whole project including .vfp files like this one compiles in Visual Studio 6, SP5. The rest of the code is C++. It was created about 9 years ago. Please help us understand how we can edit the content of this .vfp file, and how the C++ code invokes the GUI that is in this .vfp file.
