Auto Image Cropper(repost)

I need a program creating that can auto crop objects out of images. The images are cropped around by either a square or a rectangle. The GUI will be well thought out and easy to use and look like the windows xp style. On the GUI there will be the following inputs: * Crop size ??" this is how much space (in pixels) is to be cropped around the object in the image. * Resize Image ??" this is the percent the images will be resized. * Brightness and contrast options. * Greyscale ??" yes or no * Image location ??" selects the folder that contains the images that need cropping. * Image output location ??" selects the folder where the cropped images will be saved. The program should be able to support a number of image types e.g. (bmp, jpg, gif, png, etc…) If you have any other ideas for additional image related functionality, please let me know ??" it could help with you winning the bid. The screenshot is just a design I created for this program to give some idea of what it could look like. I would prefer the program to be written in Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 / 2003, but I will listen to what language you would like to write it in.
