Following the general *game* theme, in this project you will develop a program that will allow a user to play the card game *Twenty One* with the computer. The game is played in the following way: the user receives one card at a time and after each card makes a decision whether or not to have another card. The user has to try to make the sum of a *hand* as near to 21 as possible without overstepping this number. An ace is counted as either a 1 or a 14. If the number 21 is overstepped, the user loses and the computer wins. But if the user stops at a number under 21, the computer has to draw one card at a time, deciding after each card whether to continue or not. If the computer has more than 21 points or a score lower that the user’s, the user wins; other wise the computer wins. The computer is therefore the winner if both have the same number of points.
