Hi, I need a nice simple way to create a context menu shell extension in either Borland C++ Builder 6 or MSVC 5.5 (right click on a particular file type in explorer and a new menu entry appears). I understand this is possible by adding some registry entries - if it's do-able that way then great. I would prefer not to use any complicated COM code, but I appreciate I may have to. This program needs to create a single entry on the right click menu of files with a specific extension. When the user click the entry, the program should launch another program (using ShellExecute?) passing the complete filename as an argument. This needs to work on Windows 2000/XP (and possibly Vista). Payment on completion of a project that I can compile and run (so some coaching may be required). I need this like yesterday... Thanks
