Hello, I need a professional deloper that can make a software for mobile card writter/reader which will obstacle the signal in the range of 4 kilometers. For an example, when needed I can choose "obstacle mode" for a mobile phone and all mobile phones in the range of 4 km around me will be obstacled by my mobile phone. A developer that can make such a software will be rewarded extra.
