Development of a program which interact with another program

The project consists on creating a program developed in Builder 6, but using C++ just for managing the GUI events. In other words, I want that all internal code to be written in pure C code. The program has to interact with an on-line backup program (I’ll disclose the program only to those coders interested in the project). Unfortunately this program doesn’t have an API so third party software can interact with it as add-ons or similar components. I need that the program can provide the next features interacting with it: Backup functions: - Create a new backup job - List all the backup jobs. - List all the files and paths in a Job. - Add files or paths to a job. - Delete files or paths from a job. - Run a job. - Delete a backup job. Restore functions: - List all the jobs stored at the server. - List all the files and paths from a stored Job. - Restore a list of files or paths from the server to a local path. I think that most or all the backup functions can be done modifying the [login to view URL] file of the program. However, probably we will need to do some kind of automation work for restoring process. You have to research the best approach. I need this project done before than 26th of this month. It’s very important to fulfil this date. I don’t have time to test the project so you should send me intermediate versions to take a look, but please do all the required test yourself and send me the final project only once you are 100% sure that the program have 0 bugs. This is the first fase from a quite large project, so if you do a good work here I'll give you the development of the rest of the fases. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista and Builder 6
