C++ Insert/Fetch To Oracle Table Via ODBC

I have a piece of code I got from another coder on this site. It worked just like I asked. I now need to make a change and I am unable to locate the coder. So I need someone to help me with a few minor things. The Oracle Table I am accessing has had new fields added. The CHAR fields are no problem as I can replicate the code for previously defined fields. I now have to also fetch and insert some numeric fields. I have attached the code so far and a copy of the Oracle Table field definitions (word).
