Question 1. (reflectance) Write a program to generate a sphere under different lighting and observation directions. Assume the lighting model is directional light plus uniform illumination, and the assumed reflectance model for the surface of the globe is a mixture of specular, lambertian, and phong's model. Your program accepts parameters indicating the location and radius of the sphere, lighting direction and the mixture nature among the three models, the output is an image of the scene. NOTE: you cannot use any ready-made graphics package in your implementation though. you have to create the geometrical relation and reflection model all by yourself. Question 2. (simple digital library) indexing phase: two types of data need to be handled (only grey scale images/videos are considered): 1) image: Use the 32-bin histogram of the original and edge map of each image as the index for each image.
