C++ Pc analysis

Title: Pc Analysis Language: C/++, Delphi, anything which works with many platforms of windows without them needing external files. File size: Under 10mb, preferably under 5mb. Details: This software application will be used to detect any hardware found in your computer. I need this built because a friend of mine has an onboard video card and we cannot figure out what it is so we cannot get drivers for it. This should detect all hardware from the monitor to modems and anything using USB. It should tell them about the product, whatever windows can display, like the name of the hardware. It should have some other tools like other programs in this category. A program similar to the one I want is called PCITREE.
