c++ filters for a .bmp image (median, rotate, mean)

I need a **C++ console aplication** and code that will do these 3 tasks: **1.)** Read a .bmp image and store it in a struct (I have already done this code, so data is already in struct. Image data is actually stored in a 2 dimensions char array[X][Y] **2.)** using data, apply 3 kind of filters to the original image: **1.)** a Median Filter and save result as a new image: [login to view URL] **2.)** a Rotate 90º,180,360 Filter and save result as a new image: [login to view URL] **3.)** a Mean Filter and save result as a new image: [login to view URL] **All code must be C++** ** This is a urgent bid, so it must be done in 24-48 hours max.**
