Cre Loaded development required for an existing store

We are looking for someone to urgently complete some work that is required on our existing Cre Loaded Store. This work will contain some some layout, HTML/CSS changes and some programming, see below for some of the things we require. 1. HTML/CSS layout changes for product detail page 2. Display 'Specials' on category pages where there are minimum 3 and where the products are related to that category page. 3. Add a 'pop up' window on the 3D secure page to be filled with copy at a later date. We are looking for a very quick turnaround. Happy bidding.
