Create images and add to Joomla Site

We have 9 images on the front of our site, but they don't look nice and clear. We have big high res images of our products and want them added to our site so they look nice. We would like them to be bigger, but you will tweak the site so they will still fit and look nice. A picture is attached of the current pictures. We also then need them linked to their appropriate Joomla articles. Finally, we need 3 new banners created from our product images that you will make as our rotating banner doesn't look very nice. You must be good at graphic design and Joomla so you can make the changes necessary.
