Admin Section for Existing Site

I have a website ([login to view URL]) that I designed and setup; however, it doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to. I have had someone working on it, but they haven’t been able to complete it either. They have setup [login to view URL] and fixed the problems that I was having. The site now functions but I have no way to make changes. I need an admin section for this site. This admin section needs to be able to edit every page on the site (6). This is a very small and simple site, but I will need to make changes to it from time to time. Time is our biggest factor. Our first event is next weekend and we need the site to work and be able to make changes to it before that point. We would like the site completed by Tuesday (Jan 9th). We need to be able to change, edit, delete the text on each page. We need to be able to edit the headers at the top of each page. We need to be able to change the photos provided on each page and the logo at the top of the page. We need to be able to edit everything. If you can provide this, quickly, we will be able to escrow the funds today and act fast. Please review the site and advise me as to the best way to create an admine section for this site. I’m open to segguestions. Thanks for you help. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
