Apartment listing database web site

We are looking for an experienced ASP.NET 2.0/MSSQL development team to develop a public facing apartment database web site. A detailed functional specification document is available. The site consists of 8 pages: - Data entry page with approx. 50 fields including image upload (up to 5 images) - Search page with approx 55 fields - Details page with up to 55 information items - Comments page/Rating page - Login page - Personal profile page with 5 fields - Tell your friends email form The site needs to be developed in Visual Studio 2005, in C# utilizing ASP.NET 2.0 and ADO 2.0. The site needs to be highly scalable, performant and reliable. We have developers on staff that will review your code for quality, readability and maintainability. Where possilble, the code should include unit tests. We also need simple, clean Google like web design. We expect future enhancements to the site and are thus looking to develop a good working relationship.
