I need blog software installed on my Windows web hosting account. I'm particularly interested in Movable Type, but would like your recommendation for an SEO-friendly, open-source solution, that will 1) work on my server, and, 2) can be easily customized with graphics and programming in the future. I have a shared Windows hosting account with PHP, CGI-Bin, PERL, MySQL, ASP and ASP.net installed. Since I don't own the web server, we aren't able to install special scripts... so the software should work off the shelf. Thanks!
