CSS website design/template

I am looking for a designer that is capable of giving my automobile related classified site a clean functional look and feel. I am using Geodesic Solutions enterprise classified as my base. This application uses a CSS template structure and will want it completly redone. From the home page to all the icons. I will not want the new look to have any simualarities to the original template. I will be focusing on SEO. I will want the site to be search engine friendly, so a clean look is very important. No flash or fancy animation.
