Change to Project Management System(repost)

This project requires changes to be done to an existing project management system. The application is a custom application designed by me, so there are no problems with copyright/access/etc. The application was designed in PHP. Currently, each project in the system is given a work type. This is for a construction company, so an example work type might be "Roof Replacement." The work types are created and edited by the Administrator in the Admin control panel. Instead of just associating a worktype, however, we would the following: The administrator will create with each work type a "pipeline." So, the admin will create "stages" and associate a time frame with each stage (in days, i.e. "10 days). The user will associate the project with the work type...and thus, with the associated stages. The system should then calculate the timeline of the project based on the stages estimated time frame. When changing stages the user will put in a quick note as to why the stage change was made. The remainder of the time line will change in accordance with the stage change (so, if something finishes late or early, the rest of the time line adjusts). Tasks of this project: 1. tweak code already begun for admin to create stages and timeline. 2. add ability for user to associate work type/pipeline with project 3. add ability for user to make stage changes 4. add ability to search for projects by stage and work type (involves tweaking existing search query). 5. ability for user to view project calendar in calendar view 6. ability for user to view a main project calendar with all project timelines (color coded -- ability to only view certain types and certain stages within). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform needs to work on the popular browsers, explorer, safari, firefox, camino, netscape, etc. the server is linux.
