**Attendance Tracking and Follow-up Management Application Service Provider** Notes: The current hosting environment is owned and maintained by the company making this request. ## Deliverables The application must do all of the following to the satisfaction of the buyer. 1) Allow individual organizations to signup for service online, pay online, and begin using the service immediately. I am currently investigating the best payment processor / gateway etc. I am leaning towards Verisign Payflow Link or possibly Pay Flow Pro. I will be open to developer feedback on the best system to use, however I will make the final decision and expect the developer to handle the integration. All bids should include the time for payment processing integration with the vendor of my choice. At this time that is most likely Verisign Pay Flow Link. 2) Manage all organization subscriptions (basic admin module) Including but not limited to: Password resets Billing (subscription) management Contact Information etc. **Allow subscribing organizations to perform the following tasks: ** 1) Configure and manage user accounts (using email addresses for the username) and passwords for users within their organization. Each organization will be setup with one initial user account. However, that account will need to have the ability to add other accounts so that multiple people can access the information for their organization. 2) Track member attendance and contact information (usually weekly). The system will have a screen where a person can go through a list of members and update the system as to weather that member was present at one of the weekly meetings or not. In addition their will be another screen where contact information may be updated. 3) Track visitors attendance and contact information. This will be the same information as members ??" however ??" the follow-up process will be different. 4) Track and Manage member and visitor follow-up. This will include phone calls, emails, and visits. Each organization should be able to customize a follow-up program to fit their needs based upon the date of the member’s last attendance. We will need to develop a “wizard?? driven approach in order to allow customers to configure the system to their particular variables once they have purchased. 5) Allow subscribing organizations to allow their members to update their own contact information after being sent an email with a special link to a web based form. The form will show the member what information is currently contained in the database and allow them to update it. 6) The system will need to be able to provide a variety of printable reports. These reports should be rendered as PDF files within the browser to avoid browser printing problems. Reports will be defined during development. The cost of developing up to 5 reports should be included in your bid. 7) The system will need to enable subscribing organizations to view several predefined graphs. These graphs will show data for that organization. The graphs will need to be able to be displayed within the browser itself. Graphs will be defined during development. The cost of developing up to 5 graphs should be included in your bid. In addition the following conditions must be met. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
