**DealNet: Social Networking site** **Project Description**: I need Bids on an upcoming project set to launch within the next 3 weeks, that creates or modifies a web 2.0 social networking script that allows users to create a profile to post and review investment opportunities. The Site Should: 1)Allow users to create and personalize there profile, from system generated options. 2)Upload photos or logos as an avatar. 3)Create Investment profiles on their page, based on easy fill in the blank system prompts. This field should allow html, so that the user can put in links, photos, presentations, video etc. 4)The site should allow the user to do detailed searches of opportunities posted by other users, save some to favorites or a function that allows them to watch investment opportunity listings. 5)The users profile page should have tools for their use like, financial calculators and other tools on a dashboard-like field, to assist the user in analyzing the quality of an investment. 6)The system should create a real email (for use on and off the site), url address, fax and OPTIONAL skype account for each user. 7)The site should offer IM and Chat functions, maybe integrate userplane? 8)We need a easy to use CMS backoffice for easy site updating and maintainance with a rotating banner ad system to place keyword generated ads ALL throughout the site. The site should be very easy to use, with alot of icons to represent all functions. We really need this site to be interactive with the NEW web 2.0 look, feel and functionality. This is only a high level overview, but please give me your suggestions and a bid with time frame to complete. We are looking for a long-term relationship, as this site will be updated on a constant basis. Thank you for your advice and assistance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This should be a website, maybe PHP.
