Create 6 Page Flash Website with Chat Room and Message Board

I have a full flash template that I would like used to create a 6 page website. The website will have 6 links leading to separate pages. There will also be a simple Chat Room and Message Board with the ability to use a single established password and user ID to access both the Chat Room & Message Board. (Sample idea attached). You will need to create one Administrative Page that is user and password protected for the Chat Room and Message Board if possible. The administrative page must clearly indicate where images are uploaded to when a user becomes a member. The site admin should receive an email to approve the image. There will be a section for visitors to vote for their favorite song or video. Nothing complex. Just a simple poll system. Votes will be restricted by email, therefore, only 1 vote per email address per event. Songs and videos will be provided. An admin page will need to be created so that the site owner can change the music and video for the voting on his own. The songs will be mp3. The videos will be in the format that you specify. There are some other little things such as changing and adding additional images to the header, changing the colors in header, changing the music clips, setting up the contact form, and deleting excess space at the top and bottom of the flash. Please send your portfolio with your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux.
