A 1 page ''Under construction'' site

We need a simple page "Under construction" - it's easy, but it still needs to look good, i.e don't just get one of the million images with a construction worker, put a text and call it a day. You'll need to find out an image that we can legally use (or better, make one yourself), that reminds a bit of what we do (details on this to be given to the winning bidders), and it must also work in flash. Nothing fancy, but this project is intended to find someone to work with us long term, and we will need some flash eventually. We prefer a web designer for this; yes, almost anyone with some knowledge of HTML? can do this, but the profile we want to find is in the design department; work for coders will come later. We ask you not to bid if you are a coder that could do this because it's easy.
