Amazon swf php script

Need someone to write a script for Amazon swf that will connect to my database and check for jobs to be processed and then process them till complete.  I have processing script that does work just need amazon to keep running through the jobs till complete. Example:  I check database and see that I want to import a csv file. Amazon hits a specific url with job I'd and my script grabs csv file and processes first 500 rows and updates database. Then amazon would get a response that job isn't 100% yet so it hits the page again until it sees job is 100% and then either dies or looks to see if there are any more jobs to be done.I'm open to suggestions.
