Build a Website with phpBB

This is a revised project proposal. PAYMENT MUST BE THROUGH FREELANCER - ESCROW AND/OR MILESTONES - see below. I need someone to build a forum-based professional medical association website for me, upload it, and debugged. You will create everything and make this LOOK like an established professional organization. I will only choose a programmer who responds with the words: “I can do this” so that I know that you actually read this. I need it completed and bug free, uploaded in 1 week. You have no more than 1 week to complete this project, debugged and perfect. You will do all design/graphic and logo for this school application website. I will show you some inspirations from competitors, and you will create a professional looking, unique, but comparable quality and style site. When you are done with this website, it will look like a professional medical association similar to my competitors that I show you. I will provide the text. There will be about 15 pages of content for the customer + the forum. You will also create an easy to use Admin page or integrate with the forum script. I will give you several specific form fields for new member registration ((ex. doctor, nurse, student.....)) ((school attended....year graduated....etc....))) This will be integrated with the forum script. Forum script should be a Top-3 script, like PHPBB or other very popular script that you like. Must have captcha. Must be able to do polls. Admin must be very easy to use and easy for me to manage my members as well as content on the webpages. Tell me which forum script you will use, and what other forum websites you have created. My webhost is 1and1.com. It must be compatible with my host. I can pay by escrow and will release payment once website is uploaded, debugged, and working perfectly per above instructions. You will show it working on your server before uploading to my server. I only pay through freelancer on completion. Half paid when script is working on your server. The other half paid when script is working perfectly on my server.
