Create Chart from Data

This should be a very simple, easy project for someone. Hopefully it will take less than 21 days and the sooner the better. The program has basically already been written but we need a version for a different site. To see an example of what we want, go to [login to view URL] and click on a link for any given game, and then click directly on that game contract, a chart will pop up that tracks the prices traded. Here's a sample chart: [login to view URL] We want the same chart created from data found on The site http://www.wsex.com. WSEX also offers 'contracts' to trade on various sporting events. Here's that link: [login to view URL] WSEX provides prices, but not charts. We need a program that will scrape the price data from [login to view URL] and chart the data in real time. The chart data we need is not sophisticated whatsoever. Basically a time vs price plot. Ideally, you can code a program we can install on our garden variety PC (without overtaxing it) that can be calibrated to scan the price changes at customizable intervals and subsequently chart the data. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
