Create Joomla 2.5.6 template (with mobile site integration) from image mock up

Very important: This is an express job and preference will be given to someone who has the required experience based on past projects and can deliver in the shortest possible time. 2 days maximum. - We want a site that can be accessed both in web and mobile mode. - The positions should be such that they can be enabled or disabled just like any standard Joomla template. - The large image on the home page should be controlled by an image slider component and different images should be sliding with transition effect. - Main Menu should be multiple level drop down and shown in attached image. - Designer should be able to use his/her discretion in terms of aesthetics. - Inner page positions should be expandable to occupy available space when positions to its right or left are disabled. This is demonstrated in images (Inner1Sample, Inner2Sample and Inner3Sample) - Final template should be such that it is editable/modifiable by anyone with Joomla skills. - Final template should be package in such a ways that allows easy installation. NOTE: The is no image sample available aside from the ones attached here. Developer should be able to works with these files only.
